Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your hotel reservation, certain conditions and deadlines apply. In order to cancel your reservation free of charge, you usually need to submit your cancellation request a certain period of time in advance (24 Hours). There is no charge for reservations canceled within this period. However, for cancellations made after the specified period, 25% of the reservation price may be charged as a fee.
